It’s the responsibility of the purchaser to obey the local laws in regard to the possession, and use of any item purchased from this store.
By placing an order on this site you certify that you are 18 years or older and authorized to make and/or accept said order and that you have checked the laws in your area pertaining to the products you are purchasing and that such order is legal.
You agree to abide by the terms and policies of Airsoft Gun. By continuing on this site or by making any purchase with Airsoft Gun, you agree to release BB Airsoft Gun and its personnel from any and all liability both personal and legally from any actions, criminal or civil, which may arise from the use, possession, misuse, purchase, or failure to operate of any products sold herein.
You agree to hold BB Airsoft Gun and its personnel harmless for any damage, loss, injury, or any other mishap that may occur due to the malfunction or defect of any product sold herein. The buyer is advised that airsoft products are not intended for use as personal safety devices. BB Airsoft Gun their distributors, dealers, agents or assigns will accept no responsibility if one of the products purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury or death by attack.

In order to purchase an Airsoft Gun from , you must be at least 18 years.
DEPOSITS:
A minimum amount of 20% of the total amount is required to secure an item(s) on deposit. All deposits are then held for a period of three (3) months, with an option to extend the payment period once payments have reached 75%.
Payments can be made with a method of your choosing. Payment plans can be set to suit budget requirements.
If no further payments are made, the item(s) on deposit will be made available for sale and the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits can be moved from item(s) to item(s), or refunded to store credit upon request.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders will have to be paid for in advance to ensure delivery.
In the event that you cancel your order, a 30% service fee will be charged on your order upon refund. This fee is incurred from the suppliers side for services rendered (downgrades, shipping excess, etc)
If item(s) have arrived and have not been collected after multiple attempts at communication, the items will be listed for sale and the pre-order amount will be forfeited.
WARRANTY POLICY
Due to the nature of use of airsoft guns and equipment, we only accept returns on faulty products for a period of 90 days after purchase. In the unlikely event that you have to return a faulty item, GSE Airsoft will either repair or replace it at our own discretion. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Return postage is non-refundable.
All Airsoft guns purchased at GSE Airsoft comes with 3 month shop warranty
But, A shorter 30 day warranty applies to spring pistols and any items valued at €25 or less.

GSE Airsoft will only accept warranty returns on items that have not been modified in any way. You automatically void your warranty by dismantling your product for any reason other than basic maintenance. If you have a problem with your airsoft product, do not attempt to disassemble it, return it to us and we will determine the action to be taken. We have means of testing if a product has been dismantled by the customer and these returned items will not be honoured under our warranty. Note that pistol magazine gas leaks, or stripped pistons in AEGs are not warrantable items. Any damage to delivered items should be notified within 1 day of receiving your order.
