Shipping Policy
Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Shipping throughout the island of Ireland is a flat fee of €8.50 and free for orders over €80. Orders ship with Fastway couriers via a Next Working Day service. Note that this is not a guaranteed service, but 95% of deliveries are received within this time frame. The cut off point for next working day delivery is 11:30am daily. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Dropshipping Orders:
Most of our in stock items are available for next day delivery. However, in order to maintain competitive pricing, keep operational costs low, and preserve product diversity, the GSE online shop also utilizes supplier warehouses in mainland Europe and uses dropshipping for order fulfilment.
Dropshipping to our website which allows for direct purchasing from suppliers and across much more range of latest products.
As this is shipped from the warehouse in mainland Europe , there is a waiting period of up to two weeks for delivery on such items. In case any orders are at the dropshipping side, the shop will contact the customer with shipping time frame.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged, also, receipt / proof of purchase is needed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as MREs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require the customer to contact us first, with receipt or proof of purchase. You may contact us by phone, email or online chat.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), including, items with obvious signs of use:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Clothing or other materials that have been stored in locations with strong smells, i.e. from pets, tobacco smoke etc.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
